Welcome to MVPsonic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mvpsonic.com (the "Service"), operated by Aman Gupta, doing business as MVPsonic ("we", "us", "our"), 826 Rose Ave, Long Beach, CA 90813-5128, United States. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service

MVPsonic provides an AI chat interface. The current public preview is powered by our Lyra Lite model. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice during the preview period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative.
• Attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure.
• Send automated traffic at a rate that disrupts the Service for other users.
• Mislead others about whether content was generated by AI when disclosure is required.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the text you submit to the Service ("Input") and the text the Service generates in response ("Output"). You grant us a limited right to process Input and Output solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. We do not sell your conversations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Input does not infringe third-party rights and that your use of Output is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

Lyra can make mistakes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Verify important information from a qualified source.

6. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the MVPsonic team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
