Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") lists what you may and may not use the MVPsonic Service for. It is part of our Terms of Service. Use of the Service in a way that violates this policy may result in suspension or termination.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use Lyra to generate, request, or distribute content that:
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way.
- Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or organised hate.
- Incites or facilitates violence against individuals or groups.
- Constitutes harassment, doxxing, or stalking of identifiable people.
- Contains or facilitates non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Provides operational instructions for weapons capable of mass casualties (biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological, or large-scale cyber).
- Infringes intellectual-property rights you do not hold or have permission to use.
2. Prohibited activity
You may not use the Service to:
- Impersonate another person, including by passing off AI-generated content as a real person's words where disclosure is required.
- Mislead voters, manipulate elections, or fabricate quotes from real public figures.
- Run automated abuse, spam, or denial-of-service traffic.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the Service or its infrastructure.
- Build a competitor model by scraping or systematically extracting Output for training purposes.
- Engage in unlicensed practice of medicine, law, or other regulated professions using Output as the basis for advice to third parties.
3. High-risk use cases require human review
If you use Lyra Output in contexts where mistakes have material consequences - including healthcare, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, immigration, or critical infrastructure - you must keep a qualified human in the loop before any action is taken.
4. Disclosure
When required by law or context (e.g. customer support, journalism), you must disclose to your audience that they are interacting with or reading AI-generated content.
5. Reporting abuse
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, please email contact. Include enough detail for us to investigate.
6. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion, warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for violations of this AUP. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
In short: be a decent human. Don't make us regret leaving Lyra open to the public.
