Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what data MVPsonic collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell your conversations, and we don't run trackers across the web.
Who we are
The data controller responsible for processing your personal information is Aman Gupta, doing business as MVPsonic, 826 Rose Ave, Long Beach, CA 90813-5128, United States. You can reach us at contact.
1. What we collect
During the public preview, MVPsonic operates without user accounts. We collect the following:
- Conversation content. Messages you send and the responses Lyra generates. These are processed in memory to answer your request and are not stored on our servers after the response completes.
- Basic request metadata. Your IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention), browser user-agent, and request timestamp. These are retained for up to 30 days for operational and security purposes.
-
Local browser storage. Your theme preference
(light/dark/system) is stored in your browser's
localStorage. This never leaves your device.
2. What we don't collect
- We do not require an account, email, or phone number to use Lyra Lite.
- We do not place advertising cookies or use cross-site trackers.
- We do not sell your data, ever.
3. Third-party AI processing
To generate Lyra Lite's responses, we route the content of your messages to a model inference provider via secure server-side requests. That provider processes the content solely to return a response and is contractually restricted from training models on it.
4. How we use data
We use the data described in section 1 to:
- Operate the Service and stream responses back to you.
- Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
- Diagnose and fix bugs (using aggregated or anonymised metrics where possible).
5. Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the Service (hosting, AI inference). We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.
6. Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has used MVPsonic, please contact us and we will delete any associated data.
7. Your rights
Because the Service does not store your conversations or maintain user accounts during the preview, there is no profile to delete. If you have questions about specific request logs tied to your IP, email contact and we will assist within a reasonable timeframe.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We honour these requests.
8. Security
All requests to MVPsonic are served over HTTPS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours private.
9. Cookies
We do not use cookies. Theme preferences are stored in your browser's
localStorage, which is a separate mechanism and is not
transmitted to our servers.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page.
